Software

To streamline your till operations, we have developed apps based on our flagship software platform, Mobile Connect™. This can be used use to provide barcode scanning and Electronic Point of Sale (EPoS) solutions for tills that will help to shorten queues. Our electronic proof of delivery (ePoD) app can prove very useful for tracking and tracing orders from the warehouse right through to the point of delivery. Our Inspections app will increase the speed and accuracy of your system for recording quality assurance inspections. It automates many processes and ensures that all of your inspectors are using the same system.

Another notable software app we provide is SOTI’s MobiControl, the UK’s leading EMM platform. This will enable you to control and manage all of your mobile devices remotely, so that you can optimise their effectiveness and the return on your investment.

The right hardware

We can source a wide variety of rugged handheld solutions from leading manufacturers such as Zebra, Getac, Honeywell, Xplore, M3 and Datalogic. We can supply devices such as mobile computers, linear imagers, barcode scanners, personal digital assistants (PDAs), tablets, smartphones and mobile printers. Many of these are ideal for use in operations such as electronic Point of Sale activities.

With our voice technology offerings, we can also boost the efficiency of your inspection and maintenance activities by providing a hands-free environment, which will enable your operators to automatically record their observations as they look around.

Putting it into practice

We recently helped the Royal Opera House to speed up its front-of-house processes by sourcing and supplying Zebra MC40 mobile computers. These are being used in conjunction with the theatre’s Tessitura Network as a fast and accurate method for scanning tickets and vouchers.
