How it works
Our ePoD app was developed using our flagship software platform, Mobile Connect™. It’s installed on your handheld terminals and the software is hosted in the cloud. The app is device and operating system-agnostic: we can provide versions in Android, iOS and Windows. It comes into force once your van is loaded with the items that are due to be delivered.
The app includes GPS for location and route planning and enables you to configure routes, drivers and vehicles. New jobs can be entered via the system’s dashboard or imported from a file. The dashboard and app can also be customised with your company’s brand, logo and colours.
The dashboard enables customers to see real-time information about the status of their order and also provides you with a range of useful graphs and reports.
A versatile app
The ePoD app can be tailored to meet your specific needs, as it has a range of modules. These include warehousing, vehicle inspections, task management, deliveries, return to depot and customer surveys.

This service provides protection in the event of a disaster. A back-up of the hosted server image is created out of normal business hours every day and stored on a seven-day rolling window. This ensures that the image is restored to the hosted server with minimum downtime if disaster recovery is needed.
We’ll hold stock on your behalf. If you raise the need for a repair or servicing, we’ll send a new, fully configured unit to you so that you’ll receive it by the next working day.
We’ll store, archive and configure your data on secure servers, for retrieval as and when required. If you have large volumes of data, we can provide cloud-hosted storage.
